These are the terms for using Super Duper Easy Ads, run by Rob Duncan, a sole trader trading as Super Duper Easy Ads. Write to namaste@thesilencewithin.co.uk with any question.
What you get
An app for managing the adverts in one Meta ad account from your phone, and a morning email about what needs you. One person, one ad account.
Paying
14 days free, then £29 a month, taken by Stripe each month. You add a card at the start; nothing is taken during the free days. Cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling before the free days end means you pay nothing. After that, the app keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not refunded for part of a month.
Your adverts and your spend
You are responsible for your adverts and for what Meta charges you for them. The app only changes your adverts when you tap a button, and never starts or raises spend without a button that names the amount. Its recommendations come from fixed rules and are suggestions, not promises of results. Figures shown are Meta's own.
Meta
You need your own Meta ad account and must follow Meta's rules for adverts. If Meta stops the app reaching your account, the app cannot work until you connect again.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice by email, or straight away if it is used to break the law or Meta's rules.
The law
These terms are under the law of England and Wales. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
