Super Duper Easy Ads is an app for managing your Facebook and Instagram adverts from your phone. It is run by Rob Duncan, a sole trader trading as Super Duper Easy Ads. Write to namaste@thesilencewithin.co.uk with any question about your data.
What we keep
- Your email address, to sign you in and send your morning email.
- The permission Meta gives when you connect, locked so it cannot be read from our database alone, and when it ends.
- Which ad account you connected, and its name.
- What you do in the app: changes to adverts, switching on and pausing, budgets, the measures you set, new advert drafts, and notices you dismissed. This is your change history.
- Whether your trial or subscription is running. Your card is held by Stripe, never by us.
What we read from Meta
Your adverts, ad sets and campaigns, their results, pictures and words, and the Pages your adverts use. We read them when you open the app and for the morning email. We do not keep copies, apart from the change history above.
What we change in Meta
Only what you ask for by tapping a button. Anything new is made paused. Nothing starts or raises spend unless you tap a button that names the amount.
Who else handles it
- Meta, for your adverts.
- Vercel, which runs the app, and Neon, which holds our database.
- Brevo, which sends our emails.
- Stripe, which takes payment.
- Anthropic, which writes suggested words for a new advert from your answers and the web page it links to, when you ask for them.
We do not sell your data or use it for anything but running the app for you.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Disconnecting Meta deletes the stored permission at once. Removing the app in Facebook deletes the permission and the change history for that ad account. See Deleting your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted, by writing to namaste@thesilencewithin.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
